UX / UI Design
1. First steps: Research
For the execution of this task, the team was composed of three designers, including myself, as well as a PO and the development team.
In the initial phase of this project, I conducted research, workshops, user interviews, daily communication with stakeholders, and prototyping.
As it was a new product, almost everything was developed from scratch. We started by gathering information from stakeholders about their business objectives while analyzing current customers and their representatives.

Problem Definition
Let's use the problem definition framework to understand the pain points of managers and contracting areas, guiding the development of the recruitment and selection product.

Proto-persona and Empathy Map
This analysis highlighted the importance of creating a product that simplifies and optimizes the recruitment process for managers like "João." He seeks agility, transparency, and efficiency, while trying to maintain a balance between the demands of the team and the limitations of HR. The persona also reinforces the need for tools that provide greater control and visibility to the manager during the process.

Product view (Golden circle)
The Golden Circle highlighted that the purpose of the product is to transform the lives of candidates and managers, making recruitment more efficient and humanized. To achieve this, the focus is on simplifying processes, reducing bureaucracies, and providing an integrated platform that automates manual steps, offers agility, and delivers data-driven insights.

Benchmark
We defined the construction priorities based on a detailed benchmark, mapping essential flows and screens. The process was iterative, with constant revisions and adjustments based on discussions with stakeholders.

User journey
The mapping of the candidate journey also allowed us to clearly identify the friction points in the recruitment process, enabling actions to optimize the experience and reduce potential frustrations.
2. User flows
Due to being a relatively new product in Brazil, we had to broaden our perspective when conducting benchmarking. We researched different segments and other countries to give us a broader view on how to display complex data and information.
Finally, we created our first user flows, considering the steps shown below:
Prototyping
Based on the collected data, we proceeded to the studies of low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
Mobile Version
We prioritize prototyping in the Mobile-First model because, according to the data collected in our Analytics, 70% of our audience prefers to access through this device.
Desktop Version
In the example above, I present only two main screens: the Home and the Shortlist of candidates.
Usability test
Considering the users' responses and the test results, we found opportunities for improvements and points of attention for the upcoming tests. The overall result was positive, but some improvements are necessary. An important discovery was the users' preference for a single-page format, instead of the presentation in separate categories as initially proposed. Additionally, some information was considered confusing or irrelevant, and the users did not find other points they deemed more relevant for decision-making.
Post-release tests
After the MVP launch, we conducted various surveys with active users, analyzed heat maps using Hotjar, and evaluated data obtained through tagging and analytics. Additionally, we conducted interviews with internal and external users. These initiatives confirmed the need to adjust some routes that we had already identified earlier. However, due to the initial nature of the MVP, we did not have enough time to conduct more in-depth testing before the launch.
Hotjar also showed that people were clicking a lot on some parts of the screen that were within the "read more" links, which gave us a better idea of the visual architecture of the page.
Redesign platform
In this redesign process of the platform, we implemented new data that was highlighted by our clients and Hunters, in addition to bringing more visual elements, improving navigation, and providing a new consistency for the brand.
